How do I make reservation?
From our home page, find the country you wish to go and click on the name of the country. On the country page,select which city you want to go and choose a hotel from the list of hotels from that city and click on the hotel name. On the hotel page, click on the "BOOK NOW" button and you will be taken Reservation form. On the form, just follow the instructions. After you fill out all of the needed information, press the "SEND" button.
What if the hotel I requested is not available?
You will be notified via e-mail if your requested hotel is not available. And our travel experts will try to find hotels of comparable standards, prices and in the same area (if available) for your considerations.
Very early booking is advised.
How long will it take to get a hotel's confirmation?
If the space is available, the booking can be confirmed within 4 to 5 hours.
If no more allotment is available at that moment, we will make the request to the hotel. In this case, it might take 1 or 2 working days to get the confirmation.
When I submit my reservation, where does my request go?
After you submit your reservation, our travel experts will received your reservation details. All reservation will be followed up within 24 hours with an email.
NOTE: The information you submitted to us will be confidential and will not be sold to any third-party companies.
Once I have made my reservation, will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel?
No. The confirmation email you receive from us is all you will need. It displays your Service Order Number.
Is the credit card information secure with TravelBooth-Asia.com?
Yes. The security of your personal information is our priority. We are using a secure payment gateway (PayPal) to ensure the security of your credit card.
When do I need to pay?
Once we confirm your reservation, you will be given an Option date. You need to settle all your payments on or before this date. Failure to settle all the payments before the Option date your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
When do you check availability?
We check the availability only at the point of making a reservation.
If I failed to settle payments with in due date can my reservation be still accepted?
Yes it will be accepted but we can't guarantee that the same hotel will be available for your requested dates . It is always subject to availability of the hotel space and our allocation with the hotel.
Once I decide to confirm my reservation with your company, how do I pay?
When you receive Confirmation E-mail from our Reservation staff, we will send an email containing the amount you need to pay and the link which brings you to our secure payment gateway where you will enter your credit card information.
